ATTENDANCE
The trustees are obligated to attend all trust meetings. If a
trustee is absent from three consecutive meetings without
reason or apology, the MLC can remove the trustee.

opinions and views voiced by persons present at the meeting in relation to any matter that is
discussed and/or voted on.
