Chief Judge Fox announces the appointment of a Deputy Chief Judge and a new Judge to our Court, as confirmed by Minister for Māori Development Tama Potaka.
Use this form to file an appeal against a final decision or determination of the Māori Land Court.
Chief Judge Fox is a descendent of Ngāti Porou and Rongowhakaata, with ties to Te Whānau a Apanui.
The review will be done by a judge, who will be able to confirm, change or cancel the decision and issue a court order.
