The Māori Land Court ("Court") has constituted an ahu whenua trust for the purposes set out in this Trust Order (“Order”). B. The Trustees have consented to become the Trustees of this Trust subject to the powers, duties and obligations set out in this Order.

Terms used in land ownership Taitara Title Title is the legal description of a piece of land and evidence of the owners of that land.
The trustee becomes the legal owner when the order appointing him/her as trustee for the land is registered against the title.

You must own an interest in the land or be the beneficiary of a whānau trust that owns an interest in the land. The title of ownership remains with the landowners, but the occupation order may be passed on by succession.
I have advised the owners: (a) That an occupation order may pass by succession; YES NO; and (b) that an occupation order may be for a definite term or until a specified event; YES NO; and (c) of the term for which the order is sought; YES NO 6.
