A sketch plan is enclosed, providing the following information:

the location of the site:
any existing or proposed access track or road to that site by reference to boundaries, fences, areas of
other occupation or landmarks, and the approximate distances from them to the site:
the metric area of the site and the position and length of each boundary.
Recently, the Law Commission published a paper titled The Legal Framework for Burial and Cremation in New Zealand: A First Principles Review (NZLC IP34, 2013).
The trustee becomes the legal owner when the order appointing them as trustee
for the land is registered against the title. The beneficiaries are called the beneficial
owners.
