To consider and determine lease proposals for Waimarino 3F No 4 Block, including: (a) a proposal by Judith Anne Haitana and Dale Pohatu for a lease for a term of 10 years commencing 1 January 2022 at $850 per annum + GST (if any); and (b) an alternative lease proposal lodged by another applicant for a longer-term grazing lease at a different rental level and on different terms; and to resolve whether any such proposal should be approved, declined, or deferred. 2.

No compensation to be paid to the lessee for any improvements effected by them during the term of the lease. The lease to be drawn on the Māori Trustee’s standard form of lease suitably amended or extended as the lessee and the agent/trustee(s) shall agree on.
