The Māori Land Court has directed that a hui-a-
owners take place for the sole purpose of an
Election of Trustees, for each of the following
Māori Reservations:
Whakapoungakau No 7A
Whakapoungakau 7B2
Whakapoungakau 7C
Whakapoungakau 7F
Whakapoungakau 7G
There will be five separate hui to electtrustees
to each of the respective blocks.
The retiring trustees shall be selected in the following order:
(a) any trustee who wishes to retire and does not offer to stand for re-election;
(b) the trustee who has been longest in office since his or her election, but as between
persons who were electedtrustees on the same day the trustee to retire is to be
determined by lot.
OR At each General Meeting, two (2) Trustees shall
retire ("the Retiring Trustees") and an election should be held to nominate replacement
trustees.
