may negotiate the terms of an easement
with the interested parties.

4.10 The trustees will maintain and secure all records and property of value (including taonga).

The trustee becomes the legal owner when the order appointing them as trustee

The Trustees of the Ahu Whenua Trust, who administer
this Māori land block, are seeking to make contact with all
registered owners.
A composite title is issued to
each house owner, comprising:
(a) the freehold share of the lessee in the
whole block, and
(b) the leasehold interest of the lessee in the
individual site.
