The process has been designed to help whānau complete trustee changes more quickly, reduce waiting times, and provide a clearer and more efficient pathway through the application process.
Therefore, the Māori Land Court hearing that was scheduled to be held in Wairoa on Thursday

While a number of the sessions were not directly relevant to our work in the Māori Land Court, all sessions were interesting and had aspects which made you think about the work we do and how we do our work. It was fascinating and sometimes astonishing to hear some of the comments of Chief Justices from context and systems so very different from the system we have.
