Māori land blocks and distributes money
to the owners.
The MLC deals with applications for new trusts,
replacement trustees, variations to trusts, reviews of trustsand formal complaints, and receives trust reports and
financial accounts.

With shares held by individuals becoming increasingly fractionated but shares held in whānau trusts being relatively stable, I foresee a time when these whānau trusts will be major shareholders in trustsandincorporations.

o Annual reports, financial reports and accounts of the incorporation
o Information about management structures and membership
o Order of incorporation
o Copies of court orders
o Court directions
o Correspondence between the court and the incorporation
