owns, or is entitled to own, Māori land shares.
Once you have received the sealed order from the Court setting out the money that is owed to you, it's your responsibility to contact the trust or incorporation holding the money.
Some marae are lucky enough to be supported, at least in part, by ahu whenua land trusts which may make donations, in money or in kind, to keep the marae running.
Special fixtures are arranged and advertised in accordance
with the provisions of the Mäori Land Court Rules and they
may not necessarily be listed in this publication.
Such property may include the moneys
and investments held by the Trustees on behalf of the Trust from time to time.

It was fascinating and sometimes astonishing to hear some of the comments of Chief Justices from context and systems so very different from the system we have.
