Unless the Court directs otherwise, the following items must also be filed with the application: • a certified copy of the entry in the district valuation roll for the land in which the shares to be vested are held, or • a valuation of that land by a registered public valuer • a valuation of all or any other assets attached to the land. 1 Alienation is when landowners grant certain rights of their land to another person.
