WHAT IS THIS FORM FOR?
Use this form when exchanging some or all of your interests in Māori Land by sale or gift with some or all of the Māori
Land interests of a different owner in a different block of Māori Land.
In April 2025, Claire Stirling-Hawkins (Te
Whānau-ā-Apanui, Ngāti Porou, Ngāti Kauwhata,

kaimahi from Te Rāwhiti, stepped into the Pae
Ārahi o Te Rito role, bringing her leadership
strengths and a shared purpose and vision for Te
Rito to the District.
The Benefits Notwithstanding the very lengthy amount of time it took to form the whānautrust and the ongoing administration, what have been the benefits of forming the whānautrust?
