What other modes of communication are available that trustees could reasonably expect to include as part of the notification process?
Agencies such as the Māori Land Court, the Māori Trustee, Collections, and the Electoral Enrolment Centre all have separate databases with addresses of Māori land owners.
You will also need to be clear what the plan is for building on the land, including who the housing is for.
