The following applications have been lodged, under sections 113A or 235A of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, for
determination by a Registrar which are considered simple and uncontested and can be dealt with without a formal
hearing.

Kaupapa:
Election of new trustees to replace the existing trustees who have resigned or died.
Approve the adoption of a new trust order.
To support these changes, the Ministry of Justice is updating its advice to those who
are summoned for jury duty.
The modified Jury Trial Protocol and Jury Trial Guidelines are available on the
Courts of NZ website.
The Māori Land Court is one of the oldest courts in
