Delegations of authority
6.1 A chairperson whocannot attend a meeting may delegate the role to another trustee.
6.2 The trustees may co-opt people to assist them with any aspect of business, but a co-opted member may not
vote.
MANDATORY DUTIES OF A TRUSTEE
