The Māori Land Court (Te Kooti Whenua
Māori) is the New Zealand court that hears
matters relating to Māori land.
During this period a national service for only urgent injunction applications is available on
Monday 29, Tuesday 30 and Wednesday 31 December 2025. All other applications will
not be processed until the court reopens on Monday, 5 January 2026.
