The Māori Land Court can make rulings about Māori land under
the Family Protection Act 1955, Law Reform (Testamentary
Promises) Act 1949, Government Roading Powers Act 1989,
Local Government Act 1974 and the Property Law Act 2007.
If you think that you have been
adversely affected by this process and wish to make representations on the application, you must notify the
Court in writing by 4 pm on the 1st of May 2023 and specify brief details of your concerns.
