Incorporations appear to have fallen out of favour and I know of only one that has been formed in the last 20 years. In contrast new ahu whenua trusts for the management of Māori freehold land are regularly set up through the Māori Land Court.
The Māori Land Court is notifying all owners of the above block about the following pānui from the trustees of the Alton Block VII Sec 2 Ahu Whenua Trust.
The trustees want to get in touch with every owner so they can update their contact details.
