If you are interested in or affected by anapplication and wish to make representations on
the application, you must notify the Court in writing by 4 pm on the 1st of April 2023 and specify brief
details of your concerns.
This produced some pleasing results
in both spaces with an increase in new applications to Court in the earlier part of the reporting
year and the closure of some of our older applications.
