(4) This form should be lodged with an application for confirmation of alienation on Form 25 or an application for vesting order on Form 30.

Judge Te Kani Williams was appointed to the Māori Land Court in September 2021. He is one of the resident Judges for the Taitokerau District of the Māori Land Courthearing cases in Whāngarei and Auckland.

quorum, the meeting may not proceed.

3.21 The trustees must advise the Māori Land Court of the names of the trustees elected at any general meeting.

3.9 If required by the Court, a Trustee must file in the Court a written report and be available
to the Court for questioning on any matter relating to the administration of the Trust or to
Trustee performance.
