If a trust, company, accountant, government agency, Māori Trustee, or other person is holding money you've received from Māoriland, youcan apply to get this money paid to you.
If an owner with MāoriLand interests is deceased, and a succession has not previously been dealt with by the Court or a
Registrar, youcan use this form to seek a determination from the Court as to those persons entitled to a deceased’s
MāoriLand interests and an order transferring the interests to those entitled.

If you’ve already submitted your succession application and you discover that there are more Māoriland interests to include, youcan apply for succession to further interests.
