Te Kooti Whenua Māori – MāoriLand Court (MLC) is the
New Zealand Court that hears matters relating to Māoriland.
It would be interesting to see the response if our MāoriLand Court required the parties’ written submissions in upcoming cases to be uploaded to the Māoriland Court website prior to hearings.

Judge Wilson Isaac was appointed to the MāoriLand Court in March 1994. He was appointed as Deputy Chief Judge of the MāoriLand Court in 1999 and the Chief Judge of the MāoriLand Court, and Chair of the Waitangi Tribunal in August 2009.
