Search by land block
You can search for information by using the name of the land block.
Applications are grouped by District and include the application reference number, the date on which
the application was filed, the subject of the application, the section of the Act under which the
application is made and the name of the applicant(s).
In addition, in accordance with rule 5.11(1)(b)(iii) of the Māori Land Court Rules 2011, a brief summary
of the reason why the application has not been finally determined is also provided for each entry.
Whilst information about individual committee of management members is held by the Court, those names and contact information have been withheld
in accordance with the public register privacy principles of the Privacy Act 1993.

provide evidence concerning the application, you must notify the Registrar in writing by 4 pm on
Tuesday, 31 January 2023 providing your name and address, telephone number, and email address
(if any), and setting out your connection to the application and brief details of your concerns.

representations concerning the application, you must notify the Court in writing by 4pm on the 1st day of April
providing your name, address, telephone number and email address (if any) and setting out your connection
