Meetings
5.1 The trustees shall meet monthly.
5.2 The Annual General Meeting shall be held within three months of the end of the financial year (31 March).
5.3 At the Annual General Meeting:
5.3.1 The trustees will present to the beneficiaries an account and balance sheet prepared by
accountants;
5.3.2 The chairperson will present a report outlining the events, achievements and issues of the past year;

On occasion a judge may advise parties that the judgment will take longer than three
months to deliver due to the complexity of the case or other pressing matters of court
business.
(b) If the Occupier fails to remove the structure within six months of the End Date,
at their absolute discretion the Landowner(s) may:
(i) remove and dispose of the improvements, in which case the Occupier
will, at the Landowner(s) discretion, be liable to reimburse the expense
involved in doing so; or
(ii) consent to the improvement(s) remaining on the Site, in which case the
improvements will, from six months after the Termination Date, become

The trustees must also call a special meeting of the beneficial owners within 3 months of
receiving a written request for a special meeting signed by at least [five] beneficial owners,
and which states the purpose of the special meeting.
A person may be disqualified from becoming a member if they are:
subject to an order appointing a manager under section 31 of the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1998 ; or a trustee corporation managing the persons' property under section 32 or 33 of this Act
an undischarged bankrupt, or
convicted of crimes punishable by imprisonment for a period of six months or more, unless they have served the sentence or have otherwise suffered the penalty.

the green tab in the top right area labelled“Pātaka Whenua – our online portal”.
MEETINGS
General meetings
4.1 The Trustees must call a general meeting of the Beneficiaries:
(a) Within 12 months of the date of establishment of the Trust; and
(b) After that, at least once every [INSERT NUMBER] years.
4.2 The Trustees must take all reasonable steps to notify the Beneficiaries of any general
meeting of the Beneficiaries.
4.3 The Trustees must keep an attendance record and minutes of all general meetings of
the Beneficiaries.
A special AGM is directed to be held within three months, for trustee elections.
