Where the dissenting Trustee is the Chairperson, notice
must be given to the Secretary; where the dissenting Trustee is the Secretary, notice must
be given to the Chairperson; where both the Chairperson and the Secretary dissent, they
must give notice to at least one other Trustee who is a member of the majority.
