This new Act sets out
the core principles and default rules for trusts, including
trusts created under Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993.
The aim is to make the law easier to understand.
Use this form if you want the Court to review a determination or order made by the Registrar under sections 113A
or 235A of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993. Under Rule 8.1AAA of the Māori Land Court Rules 2026, all review
applications must be made using this form, Form 11B.
Your application may be determined by a Registrar if it is simple and uncontested, as described in section 113A of Te
Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993. If your application is determined by a Registrar, you will not need to attend court.
