7. In its legal use, this means physical or mental disablement that, in the opinion of
the Court, results in a person lacking, wholly or partly, the competence to manage
their affairs in relation to their property.

7.3 If, after the constitution of this Trust, any additional Māori land interests are vested in the
name of any person who has vested Māori land interests into this Trust, those additional
interests shall be included as Trust Property of this Trust by application to the Court by
the Registrar without notice to the Beneficiaries.
If the secretary is not a trustee,
they must not take part in trust discussions and decisions.

TREASURER
The treasurer’s main duty is to keep meticulous records of
all financial transactions for the trust.
All fees for time in attendance are GST exclusive.
