To consider and determine lease proposals for Waimarino 3F No 4 Block, including: (a) a proposal by Judith Anne Haitana and Dale Pohatu for a lease for a term of 10 years commencing 1 January 2022 at $850 per annum + GST (if any); and (b) an alternative lease proposal lodged by another applicant for a longer-term grazing lease at a different rental level and on different terms; and to resolve whether any such proposal should be approved, declined, or deferred. 2.
