Use this form to add, reduce, replace or (in exceptional circumstances) remove trustees of a Whānau Trust, Kaitiaki Trust, Ahu Whenua Trust, Whenua Tōpū Trust, Pūtea Trust or Māori Reservation.

Where there are only two trustees, both are required for the purpose of establishing a quorum. Signing documents Trustees may sign documents by a majority (more than half of all the trustees currently appointed by the Court) if the trustees have passed a resolution authorising the document.

However, if the document needs to be registered against Toitū Te Whenua – Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) title12 to the land, then every trustee must sign it.
