Applications are grouped by District and include the application reference number, the date on which the application was filed, the subject of the application, the section of the Act under which the application is made and the name of the applicant(s). In addition, in accordance with rule 5.11(1)(b)(iii) of the Māori Land Court Rules 2011, a brief summary of the reason why the application has not been finally determined is also provided for each entry.
