Applications are grouped by District and include the application reference number, the date on which
the application was filed, the subject of the application, the section of the Act under which the
application is made and the name of the applicant(s).
In addition, in accordance with rule 5.11(1)(b)(iii) of the Māori Land Court Rules 2011, a brief summary
of the reason why the application has not been finally determined is also provided for each entry.
If you are interested in, or affected by, one of these applications and wish to make submissions or
provide evidence concerning the application, you must notify the Registrar in writing by 4 pm on the 1st
October 2022, providing yourname and address, telephone number, and email address (if any), and
setting out your connection to the application and brief details of your concerns.
Make the outcome of those conversations known
when making your application.
It is also important to notify every person named as a party
in the application and any other person affected by the
application.
