Step 2
Call the relevant district Duty Registrar regarding your urgent application.
Step 3
Email the completed and signed application to the Duty Registrar, along with the completed
and signed fee waiver, or provide a screenshot of the digital payment transaction (e.g.,
internet or mobile banking) as proof of payment....
