Notice for meetings of owners A common complaint from owners is that they were not aware of the meeting being held, so the question arises as to what constitutes sufficient notice.
In a small number of cases with the consent of the owners of the land the Court was able to formalise the situation.
Persons bound to deal with property on behalf of the owners or beneficiaries. The trustee becomes the legal owner when the order appointing them as trustee for the land is registered against the title.

Although this will require time, effort, and patience, it is important to have support from other owners before submitting an application. The judge will always consider the wellbeing of the whenua and other owners when making a decision.
