APPLICATION FEE
Due to the nature of these applications, and in terms of the Court’s inquiry under section 29 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993 and
also in recognition of the provisions of Part 15 of the Ngāi Tahu Deed of Settlement, the Registrar for Te Waipounamu District
has approved a waiver of filing fees for applications filed on this form.
This application will determine who is entitled to receive the land interests and the judge/registrar will provide an order transferring the interests to them.
These include appealing decisions that allow water service providers to enter Māori land to do their work, and applying for charging orders if landowners have paid more than their share of water services charges on Māori freehold land held in multiple ownership.
(ii) That persons entitled to succeed are correctly listed in this application.
(iii) That there are no disputes as to succession or issues to be settled before an order can be made.
Pursuant to rule 6.9(1)(a) of the Māori Land Court Rules 2011 the applications are
adjourned accordingly.
The foregoing orders to issue forthwith pursuant to rule 7.5(2)(b) of the Māori Land
Court Rules 2011.
