A trustee of any of the above three classes of person.
The practice note demystifies what can appear a complex subject, and support both whānau and lenders to improve access to finance for development activity on whenua Māori.

If you are selling your land, a valuation is required to ensure the purchase price is fair, unless you’re selling your land to a whānau member. In this case, you can apply to be excused from providing a valuation report.
