That information makes up the Māori Land Court record, which is the legal and official documentation of land ownership of whenua Māori.
This will show you:
who the trustees are and when they were appointed
when the land trust was formed
any historical activities of the trust
the trust order or deed.
Unformed roads still have legal status. They can be constructed to access your land until they are closed and handed back to the owners of the surrounding land blocks.
