If you find a mistake while reviewing the Application Summary, click on the green pencil icon to
make the necessary amendments, then click “Submit”.
Background As a youth and young adult I became aware that on my mother’s side our family had Māori land interests in the King Country and Whanganui areas.
If you think that you have been
adversely affected by this process and wish to make representations on the application, you must notify the
Court in writing by 4 pm on the 1st day of July 2023 and specify brief details of your concerns.
If there is no
quorum, the meeting may not proceed.

3.21 The trustees must advise the Māori Land Court of the names of the trustees elected at any general meeting.
3.22 The election of trustees is subject to confirmation by the Māori Land Court.
