Where a determination or order has already been made by a Registrar, affected persons may also apply to the court to seek a review of that determination or order. A review must be lodged within 20 working days after the determination or order is made or, at the satisfaction of a Judge, within a longer period.

Can a registrar’s decision be reviewed? Yes, if you are affected by the decision you can apply for a review of a registrar’s decision within 20 working days of the decision being made (or longer if you have a good reason).
