5 Wills
Wills do not apply to these successions to SILNA Lands under the Court’s inquiry under section 29 of Te Ture Whenua Māori
Act 1993.
Try to speak with as many landowners and potential beneficiaries/shareholders as possible, as your proposal is more likely to succeed where whanau with interests in the whenua are informed and involved prior to an application to the Court being submitted.
Where a determination or order has already been made by a registrar, affected
persons may also apply to the court to seek a review of that determination or order.

(i) This form must be accompanied with the
appropriate application fee and be filed in the
Office of the Chief Registrar;
(ii) Please ensure that all information required on the
form is completed;
(iii) You must supply a list of affected parties to this
application by completing the attached List of
Affected Parties;
(iv) Where tick boxes are provided please
ensure you tick all those boxes that apply...
