TAKE NOTICE that the Hochi Land Company Limited has made an application to the Māori
Land Court at Whanganui for confirmation of a sale of Himatangi No. 2B No. 2 block (being
38.177 hectares more or less) located on Himatangi Block Road, Himatangi.
The Local Government (Water Services) Act 2025 is a new law that helps with decisions about entering Māori land to work on water systems and provides support for getting refunds on water service charges.
She lived at Urenui
but died on the Chatham Islands.
Recently the New Plymouth District Council commenced “abandoned land” proceedings to sell the
land to settle outstanding rates.
