Investment land Land acquired by the Māori incorporation after the Māori incorporation was established may remain as investment land and be held by the Māori incorporation as general land 10. The Māori incorporation is free to buy, sell, and mortgage investment land and to generally treat it in a businesslike way, free of restrictions imposed by the Act.
