Te Kooti Whenua Māori – MāoriLand Court (MLC) is the
New Zealand Court that hears matters relating to Māoriland.
The website also
contains a link to MāoriLand Online, a tool
that provides web based information on
the current ownership and title information 1
for all MāoriLand Court blocks.

Te Kooti Whenua Māori – MāoriLand Court
You do not need to register in Pātaka Whenua to be able to access information or make an application or enquiry.
A mortgage or loan may be acquired by:
the sole owner of a Māoriland block
all the owners of a Māoriland block acting together
the trustees of a Māoriland block who are empowered to raise finance against the block, or
a Māori Incorporation which holds Māoriland.
