A schedule of the Legal Aid Services rates for Waitangi Tribunal proceedings as at 1 October
2023 is set out in the attached schedule.
13. The Court may approve hourly rates that are higher than the hourly rates paid by Legal
Aid Services for appearances before the Waitangi Tribunal.
