The purpose of the National Pänui / Te Pänui ä Motu is
to provide notice to interested parties of hearings being
conducted in, and applications received by, the Mäori Land
Court.

If you do not wish to be heard on the application but you do wish to know what is happening, you must file in the office
of the Court that the application was filed or made in a notice giving the address of a place in New Zealand at which
documents may be left for you.
That written notice must
be filed in the Māori Land Court not later than 18 February 2026
If no notice is filed by the date set out above, the Court may confirm the alienation of the
land by way of sale.
