4. Background / Court Directions:
A Special General Meeting (SGM), facilitated by kaimahi of the MāoriLand Court, will be held for the sole purpose of electing trustees
The election will be conducted in accordance with the newly ratified Marae Charter.
Pursuant to rule 6.9(1)(a) of the MāoriLand Court Rules 2011 the application is
adjourned accordingly
