A sketch plan is enclosed, providing the following information:

any existing or proposed access track or road to that site by reference to boundaries, fences, areas of
other occupation or landmarks, and the approximate distances from them to the site:

You can search to find trusts, incorporations, Māori reservations as well as other types, and will
be able to find information on:
• the overview of the organisation’s management structure,
• members of the management structure,
• ownership details,
• contact details for the administrator (if available).
If you think that you have
been adversely affected by this process and wish to make representations on the application, you must
notify the Court in writing by 4 pm on the 1th of April 2023 and specify brief details of your concerns. The
Court may, if it cannot otherwise address those concerns, order that the application be reheard.
