Special Pānui are also included in this section. Special Pānui are court hearings that have been set down after the cut off date for the National Pānui.
This schedule does not include applications that have been set down for hearing, are before the
Court for determination, have been determined by the Court and/or are awaiting release of any
decision, determination or order of the Court.
The recordings may be used by schools and universities for educational purposes. Publication of recordings in this manner “enables the public to view entire, unedited proceedings” and at the same time “enables the Court to retain control of the recordings”.
This is a snapshot of applications as at 31 May 2024 and some applications that appear on this
schedule may already have been dealt with by the Court at the time of publication.
