Following consideration of Mr
Monk’s availability and the Court’s hearing schedule, Judge Isaac directed that the Judicial
Conference be brought forward to 3 December 2026 at 2.00 pm, which will enable Mr Monk
to participate by online means while allowing the matter to be accommodated within the
Court’s hearing schedule.
Regrettably, I am of the view that it is necessary to adjourn the hearing set down for 3
September 2026 in order to provide Mr Tootill with a reasonable opportunity to take
instructions.
