In August 2020, the Government passed targeted changes to Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993 to simplify the legal processes for owning, occupying and using Māori land.
This form is for an injunction under s19 of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993. The Court may prevent trespass or injury to Māori land, prohibit dealings with property in proceedings, or require restoration — but is not limited to these grounds.
