System), the previous MāoriLand Court technol-
ogy system, which has served the court and land-
owners/users since 1999.
This form should not be used to Appeal against a decision of the MāoriLand Court or Māori Appellate Court
nor should it be used to correct an administrative error in a minute or order of the Court.

3. This practice note applies to the use of the Special Aid Fund by the MāoriLand Court and
the Māori Appellate Court (Court).
This package forms part of the funding towards the recovery for whenua Māoriowners affected by Cyclone Gabrielle. The funding is for clean-up of sediment & debris, where mahi has already been completed (either by owners or by contractors) and for any similar mahi to be completed in the future.

(e) If the parties cannot agree on a mediator, then one will be appointed by a Judge
of the MāoriLand Court in the district where the relevant land is located.
Some people become landowners when a whānau member transfers land to them by gift or sale. The MaoriLand Court will ‘vest’ the land interest by way of a vesting order.
