It is important to bear in mind that an occupation order is not like a partition, where your whole shareholding is taken out of the block.
The register can be in either physical form or electronic, kept at the registered office or principal place of business, and must be made available for inspection by shareholders or any person authorised in writing by a shareholder.
Trustees must also make basic trust information available to
all beneficiaries (such as a list of the trust’s beneficiaries, the
name and contact details of trustees, and the appointment or
removal of trustees).
